Principal
An organized, results-oriented specialist in event management, communications and fundraising, Joanne's ability to handle projects from end-to-end is unparalleled and results in stress-free events that meet and exceed client expectations.
Joanne has a diploma in Public Relations and over 25 years of event management experience. In addition to extensive experience in her own business, Joanne's background includes staff positions with Ottawa Distress Centre, Big Brothers of Ottawa and District, Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre, and the Royal Ottawa Healthcare Foundation.
Cathy Deogrades
Associate
Cathy is a personable and energetic organizer who values customer service. Her attention to detail coupled with her strength in handling logistics results in successful events and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Cathy has a degree in Radio and Television Arts and 15 years of hands-on experience in event management and client service. Having worked at Scotiabank Place (Ottawa) and SkyDome (Toronto), Cathy has planned, coordinated and executed an extensive variety of events including large concerts, professional sports events such as baseball and hockey games, carnivals, galas, and numerous corporate functions.
Lynn Harris
Associate
A dedicated professional, Lynn is a 'details person' who helps to ensure that all aspects of an event are letter perfect! Her areas of expertise include logistics and day-of-event coordination, writing, proofreading and editing, research, and information management.
Lynn is an enthusiastic and committed event and meeting planning specialist with more than 25 years' experience. Lynn previously held staff positions with Big Brothers of Ottawa, CODE, the International Book Bank, the Canadian Paraplegic Association and SOS Children's Villages Canada.

Rocketman Graphics is an Ottawa-based design firm that has produced graphics for many events, including World Trivia Night, The Ottawa Hockey Classic, Juke Box Mania, Unplugged, the Max Keeping Bowlathon and more. The company serves a wide variety of clients, including j/m/a Event Planning, The Ottawa Senators, Corel Corporation, Kanata Theatre, Carling Laser Clinic, and the Ottawa Boys and Girls Club.
