Overview
Guests will savour an six course, local, organic sourced menu along with complimentary organic wine in a beautiful candle-light ambience.
The menu is available on-line and the wine is produced using organic grapes and grown according to sustainable agricultural practices by the evening’s sponsor Cono Sur Vineyards & Winery; the first winery in the world to be certified CarbonNeutral.
This incredible zero energy dining experience will be enhanced with a silent auction featuring great prizes from the Champions who will also be the evening’s ambassadors, circulating to all guests tables as each course is introduced.
